Bible for Everyone is a yearly YouVersion giving campaign that exists to raise funding for Bible translation around the world. The mission is for everyone on earth to have the entire Bible (or nearly all of it) translated into their native language by the year 2033.
Brand the global giving campaign Bible for Everyone through digital marketing pieces and original apparel designs.
Super tight deadline
Needed a minimum of 3 different apparel styles
Designs couldn't be super complex due to printing and time constraints
I wanted my design to have a playful and simple style. I drew up a few options and landed on "globey." He's the centerpiece of my design and I feel that he captures the essence of both simplicity and playfulness. Plus, he's just really cute.
The verse I based the entire design on was Revelation 5:9, which is where I got the copy from. I placed the text in and once it felt balanced, it was ready to move on to the next phase, mock-ups.
Once I finalized the design, I placed it on realistic mock-ups to help visualize how these would look in the real world. This helped the approval process move quicker and once it was finalized, it was printed and shipped around the world.
